Signature Closets of the Low Country is a custom manufacturer and wholesale company. We offer solutions not only for closets but for pantries, offices, entertainment centers, wall beds, mud & laundry rooms, and more.
We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility on Hilton Head Island where we design & produce all of our projects. This allows us to provide high-quality closet and organizational systems at wholesale prices.
Frank Corn is proud to be the 4th generation of a family from the furniture manufacturing business in High Point, NC. He has worked in locations as diverse as Washington DC, Monterey & San Francisco CA.
Nancy Schmitz is the principal designer of N A Schmitz Design group. She has been practicing Interior Design for over 25 years and has been a California Certified Interior Designer & Professional ASID member since 1990. She completed her design education at Monterey Peninsula College in Monterey CA and is also a holds an Interior Design License in Washington, D.C.

Our Process
Our firm has the artful ability to mix formal and/or casual interiors that our clients love to live in. We share a passion for sophisticated, timeless & inspiring interiors. We are confident using color and place a strong emphasis on details. We have successfully managed hundreds of Interior Design projects on both coasts with our goal being well-conceived, functional interior spaces.
We start with a door style & cabinet concept, then create the finish & feel in our shop; experimenting with colors, glazes or stain to make all of our finishes. Because we make our own colors, we can match existing colors and finish all of our pieces with high quality furniture grade lacquer to achieve the ultimate finish.
